More than seven years have passed since any previous bankruptcy. Once payments fall into arrears, you must first approach the bank or microfinance organisation to restructure the loan. No repayments have been made in the twelve months before the application. | ||

What we offer
Out-of-court bankruptcy
For debts up to 1,600 MCI (about KZT 5.5 million). Conditions: no payments for 12 months, arrears of more than five years, or enforcement already under way.
Court bankruptcy
Used where debts exceed 1,600 MCI. Involves selling assets — other than your only home — and writing off the balance.
