What we offer
Pre-action settlement
We review the position in law, prepare formal demands and negotiate with the other side. The aim is to settle without going to court and save the client both time and money. Where needed, we secure the evidence for proceedings later.
Debt recovery
We recover debts from individuals and companies, end to end: pre-action correspondence, filing and running the claim, obtaining the writ of execution and working with private bailiffs until the debt is paid in full.
Family matters
We act for clients in sensitive family matters, with legal protection and confidentiality throughout. We handle: – divorce – division of assets, including businesses – the child's residence and contact arrangements – establishing and disputing paternity – removal or restriction of parental rights
Tax disputes
We challenge decisions and actions of the tax authorities, including additional assessments, penalties and interest. We represent taxpayers in court, build the legal position and the evidence, and support audits and appeals.
Land disputes
We handle disputes over rights to land: title claims, plot boundaries, designated use, expropriation, leases and other land relations, acting for both individuals and companies.
Challenging government decisions
We challenge unlawful decisions, actions or inaction by public bodies and officials, representing clients in court to have transactions set aside and rights restored.
Public procurement disputes
We handle disputes in public procurement: challenging tender and auction results, unlawful rejection of bids, and the conduct of contracting authorities and organisers. We act for suppliers and bidders at every stage.
Employment disputes
We act for both employers and employees: unfair dismissal, recovery of wages, reinstatement and other workplace disputes. We run the matter from pre-action settlement through to judgment.
